When you contact us we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. When you use the InsProQ application, we process the account details and inspection content you enter, including photographs and notes, so the platform can create your reports.
We use the information you provide to reply to your enquiry, to operate and support the InsProQ platform, and to generate the inspection reports you request. We do not sell your information.
InsProQ relies on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, data storage, payment processing and AI-assisted text generation. These providers process information only to deliver those services on our behalf.
If you reach this website from one of our outreach messages, the link may contain an anonymous referral code and campaign labels (for example the source or campaign name). We store these in your browser and record, without any personal details, whether the website was visited and whether the free trial was selected. The referral code does not contain your name, email address or telephone number, and we do not use advertising pixels, third-party behavioural tracking, session recording or fingerprinting.
If you access InsProQ through an individual outreach link, we may retain an anonymous referral code across our website and application to understand whether the invitation resulted in a visit, registration, trial inspection, report generation or subscription. The referral code may be mapped privately to our original business outreach record. Analytics events do not contain inspection notes, photographs, reports, audio or client information.
Inspection content remains available to your account for as long as your account is active. You can request a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you by emailing us.
