Terms of Service
These terms describe the basis on which InsProQ is currently offered. They are provided for transparency and may be updated as the product develops.
Professional responsibility
InsProQ is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional judgement. You remain responsible for the accuracy, review and delivery of every inspection report you issue.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity of users you invite to your organisation. Access may be suspended where use is unlawful or abusive.
Plans and billing
Paid plans, report allowances and any additional-report charges are those shown on the InsProQ pricing section at the time of purchase.
Your content
You keep ownership of the inspection data, photographs and reports you create. You grant InsProQ permission to process that content only to provide the service to you.
